Job Description:

Pfizer Ireland is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Chat Support Officer to join our team in Dublin. As a Chat Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through various online chat platforms. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers in real-time through chat platforms to provide support and assistance. 2. Answer customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex cases when necessary. 3. Demonstrate excellent communication skills to ensure a positive customer experience. 4.
