Job Description - Remote Chat Support Representative

Job Description:


Zendesk International Ltd is seeking a remote Chat Support Representative to join our team in Waterford, Munster, IE. As a full-time Associate Level role, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients through online chat platforms.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and technical issues via live chat in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems efficiently and effectively - Educate customers on product features and solutions - Document customer interactions and follow up on any outstanding issues - Collaborate with other support team members to provide a seamless customer experience - Stay up to date on product updates and enhancements to better assist customers - Provide feedback on customer trends and common issues to improve overall customer satisfaction


Requirements: - A minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or technical support - Independent and resilient personality traits - Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to different customer needs - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet - High level of cooperation and teamwork skills - Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively - Familiarity with chat support software and online ticketing systems - Experience in a fast-paced support environment is a plus
