Chat Support Representative

We are currently seeking a driven and enthusiastic Chat Support Representative to join our team at Etsy Ireland in Limerick, Munster, IE. This is a full-time, entry-level position with zero years of experience required. As a Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Etsy users through our chat platform.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner via chat to answer questions, resolve issues, and provide support. 2. Understand and effectively communicate Etsy's policies, procedures, and product offerings. 3. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or team for further assistance and resolution. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and efficient support delivery. 5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and experience.
