Chat Support Specialist

Job Description:

Indeed Ireland Operations Limited is seeking a qualified Chat Support Specialist to join our team in Limerick, Munster, IE. As an Associate-level Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate support to customers via chat. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or support role.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via chat in a timely manner - Providing accurate information about products or services to customers - Escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution - Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other team members to improve processes and customer experience - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or support role - Hardworking and resilient personality traits - Strong attention to detail and project management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using chat support software and CRM systems - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
