Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

Energy Elephant, a leading energy management company based in Waterford, Munster, IE, is seeking a dedicated and independent Client Relations Associate to join our team on a full-time basis. This position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Assist in the development of client retention strategies and initiatives - Prepare and deliver client reports and presentations as needed - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to clients - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Strong people management and cooperation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Experience in the energy management industry is a plus
