Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a reliable and passionate Client Relations Officer to join our team at Penneys in Limerick, Munster, IE. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients - Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and requests - Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction - Conduct research and problem-solving to address client needs - Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions and exceed customer expectations - Monitor client accounts and track sales metrics - Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities - Assist with marketing and promotional activities to drive client engagement

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in client relations or a related field - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively - Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines - Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
