Client Service Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Client Service Assistant at WebDoctor in Limerick, Munster, IE. This entry-level position is ideal for someone looking to kickstart their career in client services and make a positive impact on our customers' experience.

Responsibilities: - Assist clients with any inquiries, issues, or requests they may have in a professional and timely manner - Build strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to our services - Collaborate with other team members to provide seamless and efficient client service - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities for improving the client experience and present solutions to management - Assist in resolving any client complaints or concerns effectively and efficiently

Requirements: - No prior experience required, but a strong desire to learn and grow in a client service role - Motivated and passionate individual who is committed to exceeding client expectations - Strong negotiation skills to effectively communicate and problem solve with clients - Ability to take on leadership roles within the team and drive positive change - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively
