Job Description:
Energy Elephant is seeking a Remote Client Service Associate to join our team in Limerick, Munster. This is an entry-level position perfect for those looking to kickstart their career in client services. As a Client Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing outstanding client support and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries and concerns - Assist clients with onboarding, training, and troubleshooting of our services - Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to clients - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Work closely with the product team to relay client feedback and suggest improvements - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure their needs are being met - Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor offerings
Requirements: - Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically - Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision - Resilient attitude and the ability to handle challenging situations with diplomacy - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
