Client Service Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

As a Client Service Associate at Airbnb Ireland UC, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients from the comfort of your own home. Your main objective will be to assist clients with any inquiries or issues they may have, ensuring a positive and seamless experience. This role requires a high level of resilience and resourcefulness to effectively handle a variety of client situations.

Responsibilities: - Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolving client issues and complaints with empathy and understanding - Managing client accounts and ensuring accurate and up-to-date information - Collaborating with other team members to provide a unified client experience - Assisting with special projects and initiatives to improve overall client satisfaction - Utilizing time management and project management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client service role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients - Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with professionalism - Resourceful and able to think creatively to solve problems - Proven time management and project management skills
