Remote Client Service Officer

Job Description:

ActionPoint is seeking a talented and dynamic Remote Client Service Officer to join our team in Limerick, Munster, Ireland. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of relevant experience in client service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Act as the primary point of contact for our remote clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and video conferencing. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update client profiles in our CRM system. 5. Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our products and services to existing clients. 6. Assist in developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance client satisfaction and retention. 7. Participate in regular training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices. 8. Contribute to corporate social responsibility initiatives by participating in community outreach programs and events.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members effectively. 4. Excellent organizational and time management skills. 5. Proven track record of delivering results and exceeding client expectations. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 7. Experience in strategic planning and persuasion techniques. 8. Energetic and self-motivated personality traits.
