Client Service Officer

Job description:

Over-C is seeking a motivated and energetic Client Service Officer to join our team in Limerick, Munster, IE. This is an entry-level position with a requirement of 1 year of experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong soft skills such as adaptability and cooperation.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various channels including phone, email, and in-person interactions - Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate client records and update information as needed - Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless communication and collaboration - Assist in the development and implementation of client service strategies - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to improve client satisfaction

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
