Client Service Representative

Job description:

Intercom is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Service Representative to join our team in Waterford, Munster, IE. This is a full-time position at the Associate Level, requiring at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have in a timely and professional manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Provide regular reports and updates to management on client satisfaction and feedback - Assist in the development and implementation of client service strategies and initiatives - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client service

Requirements: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Resilient and adaptable personality traits - Strategic planning and negotiation skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
