Client Support Assistant

Job Description:

SilverCloud Health is seeking a hardworking and reliable Client Support Assistant to join our team in Galway, Connacht. As an entry-level position, this role is perfect for someone looking to gain experience in the healthcare technology industry.

Responsibilities: - Providing excellent customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat - Assisting clients with technical issues related to our platform - Troubleshooting and resolving client inquiries in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborating with the customer success team to ensure client satisfaction - Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Contributing to improving and optimizing the client support process - Demonstrating a strong understanding of our products and services

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role - Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate technical information to clients - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - A positive attitude and willingness to learn - Bachelor's degree preferred
