Energy Elephant is seeking a dedicated and passionate Client Support Associate to join our team in Limerick, Munster, Ireland. This is an entry-level position suitable for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented approach, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support to clients via phone, email, and chat - Assist clients with onboarding and training on our platform - Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by clients in a timely manner - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client inquiries - Proactively identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention - Contribute to the development and improvement of support processes and procedures
Requirements: - 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies - Strategic planning skills to help drive client success - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
