Job Description - Remote Client Support Officer

Job Description:


Energy Elephant is seeking a Remote Client Support Officer to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. As a full-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing remote support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and resolving any issues they may encounter. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer support roles and possess a resilient and confident personality.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Provide remote technical support to clients, troubleshooting issues with our software and services - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client issues and escalate as needed - Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and issue resolutions - Identify opportunities for improvement in our client support processes and procedures - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients


Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support roles - Resilient and confident personality - Excellent cooperation and emotional intelligence skills - Strong communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using remote support tools and software - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
