Client Support Representative

We are looking for a passionate and driven Client Support Representative to join our team at Slack Technologies Limited in Waterford, Munster, Ireland. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

As a Client Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be tasked with managing client accounts, providing product information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams within the company.
