Job Description:
Qualtrics Ireland is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Client Support Representative to join our team in Limerick, Munster, IE. As a member of our support team, you will provide top-notch service to our clients, ensuring they have a seamless experience while using our products and services. This is an associate-level position, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions to clients, escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members when necessary. 3. Provide training and guidance to clients on how to use our products effectively. 4. Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and drive product enhancements. 6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and ensure all communication is documented in our CRM system. 7. Contribute to the development of support resources, such as FAQs and knowledge base articles.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 4. Creativity in finding solutions to complex issues. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Experience in customer support or a similar role. 7. Proficiency in relevant software and CRM systems.
