Job Description:
As a Client Support Specialist at &Open in Dublin, IE, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing exceptional support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the sales team to onboard new clients, troubleshoot any issues or concerns, and serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries.
Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and efficient manner - Provide product knowledge and support to clients, guiding them through any technical issues or questions they may have - Collaborate with the sales team to onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and successful implementation of our services - Monitor client accounts, track progress, and proactively identify opportunities for growth and improvement - Work cross-functionally with other teams to deliver exceptional service and ensure client satisfaction - Contribute to the development of best practices and continuous improvement initiatives within the client support team
Requirements: - 2 years of experience in client support or a similar customer-facing role - Energetic and resourceful personality traits are a must - Strong decision-making and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
