Job Description:
Cooper Industries is seeking a motivated and passionate Remote Client Support Specialist to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. As an Entry Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in customer support or a related field.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to clients in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client issues. 4. Document client interactions and maintain accurate records in the company's CRM system. 5. Assist with product demonstrations and training sessions for clients. 6. Stay up-to-date on company products and services to effectively communicate with clients. 7. Collect and analyze client feedback to identify opportunities for improvement. 8. Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards set by the company.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred). 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 6. Prior experience in customer support or a related field (1 year minimum). 7. Passionate about providing exceptional customer service. 8. Motivated to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. 9. Strong cooperation and decision-making skills. 10. Proven ability to adapt to change and multitask effectively.
