Job Description - Client Support Specialist

Job Description:


We are seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our team at Medtronic Ireland in Limerick, Munster, Ireland. As a Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and problems are resolved efficiently.


Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner. 2. Implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate the resolution of client issues. 4. Manage client accounts, maintaining accurate records and updating information as needed. 5. Conduct client training sessions on product usage and troubleshooting. 6. Monitor client feedback and make recommendations for improvements to products and services. 7. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to clients. 8. Stay current on industry trends and best practices to better serve clients.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in client support or a related field. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and proactively. 4. Energetic and driven personality with a strong desire to succeed. 5. Strong decision-making and planning skills. 6. Proficiency in using CRM software and other client management tools. 7. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
