Job Description:
ActionPoint is seeking a dedicated Client Support Specialist to join our team in a remote capacity. As a Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients. This role requires a high level of adaptability and resilience, as you will be dealing with a variety of client inquiries and technical issues on a daily basis.
Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to clients - Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex client issues - Manage client relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction - Assist in the development of strategic plans for client support and engagement - Provide feedback to the product development team based on client interactions
Requirements: - Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Experience working in a customer service or technical support role is a plus, but not required - Willingness to learn new technologies and processes - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, but not required
