Remote Contact Center Manager

Job Description:

Pfizer Ireland is seeking a Remote Contact Center Manager to join our team in Galway, Connacht, IE. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position with at least 6 years of experience in a similar role, the ideal candidate will be energetic, resilient, and possess strong soft skills such as cooperation and time management.

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the daily operations of our remote contact center team - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase efficiency - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven decisions to drive results - Provide leadership and guidance to a team of customer service representatives - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to team members - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve processes and procedures

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven experience in a contact center management role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership and decision-making abilities - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
