Job Description:
Slack Technologies Limited is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Contact Center Officer to join our team in Limerick, Munster, IE. As an Associate Level Contact Center Officer, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. 2. Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products and services. 3. Resolve customer concerns and issues in a professional and efficient manner. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of issues. 5. Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) systems to document interactions and track customer data. 6. Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience. 7. Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer service quality and efficiency.
Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. 3. Adaptable to changing customer needs and business priorities. 4. Strong leadership skills and ability to work well in a team environment. 5. Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers. 6. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems.
