Contact Center Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a Contact Center Officer to join our team at Hilton, working from home in Waterford, Munster, Ireland. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, but we are looking for individuals who are independent and driven, with a strong sense of teamwork and creativity.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide excellent customer service by resolving issues and answering questions - Process bookings, cancellations, and modifications to reservations - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and service delivery - Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
