Job Description:
As a Customer Care Associate at Tandem HR Solutions, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving any issues they may have, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for helping others.
Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met - Assist with special projects as assigned by management - Continuously seek ways to improve customer experience and overall satisfaction - Stay up to date on company products, services, and policies
Requirements: - 1 year of customer service experience preferred - Hardworking and adaptable personality traits - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Soft skills in adaptability and project management - High school diploma or equivalent required
