Customer Care Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Dell Ireland is currently seeking a Customer Care Associate to join our team and work from home in Dublin, Ireland. This is a full-time entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service and support via phone, email, and live chat. 2. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer satisfaction and retention. 5. Continuously seek opportunities for creativity and innovation in customer care processes. 6. Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Work independently to manage workload effectively and meet performance targets. 8. Demonstrate confidence and professionalism in all customer interactions.
