Job Description:

Cooper Industries is seeking a reliable and driven Customer Care Officer to join our team in Cork, Ireland. As a Customer Care Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person. 2. Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a professional and efficient manner. 3. Providing product information and assistance to customers. 4. Processing customer orders and coordinating delivery schedules. 5. Maintaining customer records and updating databases with relevant information. 6. Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 7. Monitoring customer satisfaction levels and identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong strategic planning abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 4. Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners. 5. Reliable and dedicated to providing exceptional customer care. 6. Driven to exceed customer expectations and deliver results.
