Customer Care Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Care Specialist to join our team at 3D4Medical in Waterford, Munster, IE. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This is an entry-level position with no previous experience required.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email or chat in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a friendly and efficient manner - Provide product information and guidance to customers - Process customer orders and returns accurately - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met - Keep detailed records of customer interactions

Requirements: - Strong communication skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Reliable and dependable - Strong cooperation and people management skills - High school diploma or equivalent - Basic computer skills
