Job Description:

Aylien is seeking a resourceful and resilient Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Limerick, Munster. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Providing information about products and services, including pricing, availability, and delivery options. 3. Handling customer complaints and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. 5. Collaborating with other departments to address customer needs and concerns. 6. Maintaining accurate customer records and updating information in the database. 7. Identifying opportunities for improvement in customer service processes and procedures. 8. Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in a customer service or related role. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Critical thinking and persuasion skills. 5. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
