Customer Service Assistant

Job Description: The Cool Bean Company is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Assistant in Waterford, Munster, IE. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and complaints via phone, email, and in-person - Process orders and returns in a timely and accurate manner - Provide product information and recommendations to customers - Maintain customer records and database - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends - Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues

Requirements: - Adaptable and resourceful personality traits - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Analytical and critical thinking abilities - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
