Job Description - Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:


9th Impact, a leading mobile game development company in Limerick, Munster, is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our growing team. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our products and services.


Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolving customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently. 3. Providing product information and assistance to customers. 4. Processing customer orders and returns accurately. 5. Maintaining customer records and updating the customer database. 6. Collaborating with other departments to address customer concerns and improve the overall customer experience. 7. Assisting with special projects and initiatives as needed.


Requirements: 1. 3 years of customer service experience. 2. Resourceful and adaptable personality traits. 3. Strong attention to detail and presentation skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
