Remote Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:

Groupon International Limited is seeking a Remote Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Waterford, Munster, IE. As an Associate Level employee with at least 4 years of experience in customer service, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through various communication channels.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assisting customers with product information, order status, and general questions. 3. Processing returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies. 4. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records. 5. Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer service experience. 6. Identifying trends in customer concerns and providing feedback to management.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in customer service roles. 2. Adaptable and dedicated mindset to meet the changing needs of the business. 3. Strong attention to detail and excellent presentation skills. 4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 5. Proficient in using CRM software and other customer service tools. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
