Job Description:
Airbnb Ireland is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Customer Service Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time, work-from-home position based in Dublin, Ireland. As an Entry-Level Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Airbnb guests and hosts, resolving inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Assist guests and hosts with booking reservations, cancellations, and other requests - Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other teams to improve the overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on Airbnb policies and procedures - Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements
Requirements: - 1 year of customer service experience - Excellent communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent - Must have a dedicated home workspace with high-speed internet connection
