Teamwork is seeking a highly motivated and confident Customer Service Associate to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner - Resolving customer issues and complaints with a positive and customer-focused approach - Providing product information and guidance to customers - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation - Continuously seeking opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures
Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Confidence and motivation to succeed in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
