As a Remote Customer Service Associate at Twitter Dublin, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to users of the platform. You will be part of a dynamic and diverse team that is dedicated to ensuring a positive user experience for all customers. This is a full-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through various communication channels, such as email, chat, and phone - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner - Communicate with customers in a professional and friendly manner, demonstrating empathy and understanding - Provide accurate information about Twitter products and services - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues - Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay current on product updates and changes to provide accurate information to customers - Meet or exceed customer service performance metrics and goals
Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Driven and hardworking with a passion for helping others - Ability to handle challenging customer situations with patience and professionalism - Previous experience in a customer service role preferred - Proficiency in using customer service software and tools - Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed
