Job Description:
Salesforce Ireland is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate in Cork, Ireland. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Assist customers with product inquiries, account management, and issue resolution. 3. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate teams for resolution. 4. Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our database. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 6. Stay informed on product updates, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Proactively identify and address potential customer concerns to prevent escalations. 8. Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues to improve overall customer experience.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 2. Minimum of 4 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment. 3. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers of all backgrounds. 4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. 5. Hardworking and motivated individual who thrives in a team environment. 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 8. Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
