Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

SAP Ireland is seeking a passionate and confident Customer Service Associate to join our team in Cork, Ireland. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving any issues or concerns they may have in a timely and efficient manner. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

Responsibilities: - Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and technical support - Provide solutions to customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer escalations - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions - Assist in developing and implementing customer service strategies - Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer retention and satisfaction - Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Passion for providing exceptional customer service - Confidence in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues - Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate effectively - Experience in strategic planning for customer service initiatives - Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
