Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

Beatvyne is seeking a passionate and adaptable Customer Service Associate to join our team in Galway, Connacht, IE. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries and resolve any issues they may have. 2. Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges. 3. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer customer questions and recommend solutions. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience from start to finish. 5. Monitor customer feedback and escalate any recurring issues to management for resolution. 6. Assist in developing customer service policies and procedures to improve overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong planning and organizational abilities. 4. Persuasive and able to handle challenging situations with grace. 5. Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
