Job Description:
Nova Leah is seeking a motivated and dedicated Remote Customer Service Manager to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. As a full-time Associate Level position, the Remote Customer Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of remote customer service representatives who provide support to our clients.
Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of remote customer service representatives, providing guidance, training, and support as needed - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service processes and procedures - Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions - Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide resolutions in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service management - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service management - Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of achieving customer service goals and objectives - Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools - Strong time management and organizational skills - Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates
