We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Remote Customer Service Manager to join our team at Kinesis Health Technologies in Dublin, Ireland. As a mid-to-senior level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in customer service management.
Responsibilities: - Overseeing a team of remote customer service representatives, ensuring they provide exceptional customer service to our clients - Developing and implementing customer service policies, procedures, and standards - Monitoring performance metrics and KPIs to ensure the team meets and exceeds goals - Handling escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborating with other departments to improve overall customer satisfaction and retention - Training and mentoring staff to enhance their skills and improve performance - Keeping up to date with industry trends and best practices in customer service management
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred) - Proven experience as a customer service manager or similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership and team management abilities - Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment - Reliable and passionate about delivering high-quality customer service - Strong negotiation and time management skills - Ability to adapt to change quickly and efficiently
