Customer Service Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a hardworking and independent Customer Service Manager to join our team at Glofox in Galway, Ireland. As a mid-to-senior level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in customer service management.

Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage a team of customer service representatives - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Monitor and analyze customer service performance metrics - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Implement and manage customer feedback mechanisms - Develop and provide training for customer service representatives - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service

Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in customer service management - Strong project management and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to lead and motivate a team - Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
