Job description:
Ryanair is seeking a highly experienced Remote Customer Service Manager to join our team in Waterford, Munster, Ireland. As a mid-to-senior level manager, the ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in customer service management.
Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of remote customer service representatives to ensure exceptional customer support and satisfaction - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes - Provide ongoing training and support to remote team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and provide solutions in a timely manner - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy - Oversee the recruitment and onboarding of new remote customer service team members - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service
Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in customer service management - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field - Passionate and motivated individual with a strong sense of leadership - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and cultures - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Experience with remote team management is a plus - Proficiency in customer service software and tools
