Job Description - Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a Customer Service Manager to join our team at Google Ireland in Galway, Connacht. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of customer service representatives, ensuring that they provide excellent support to our clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead a team of customer service representatives, providing coaching and guidance as needed. 2. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective communication with clients. 3. Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction. 4. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 5. Collaborate with other departments to optimize the customer experience and drive customer loyalty. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service to continuously improve our service offering.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. 5 years of experience in customer service management. 3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 6. Adaptable and resourceful personality traits are essential. 7. Strong teamwork and critical thinking skills are required.
