Job Description:
Teamwork is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Customer Service Manager to join our team in Galway, Connacht, IE. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer service team and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional support and assistance. This is a full-time position with a Mid-to-Senior Level seniority level, requiring a minimum of 8 years of experience in customer service.
Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of customer service representatives - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Monitor customer interactions to ensure quality service is being provided - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement - Train and onboard new customer service team members - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Utilize customer service software and tools to track and analyze performance metrics
Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in customer service or related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership abilities and the ability to motivate and coach team members - Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Strong research skills to identify trends and address customer needs - Ability to work independently and make sound decisions - Proficiency in customer service software and tools - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field (preferred)
