Remote Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

Etsy Ireland is seeking a Remote Customer Service Officer to join our team in Galway, Connacht. As a full-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service roles.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and providing support via email, chat, and phone - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Processing customer orders, refunds, and exchanges - Providing product information and recommendations to customers - Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation - Meeting and exceeding customer service metrics and goals

Requirements: - Hardworking and driven individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Strong decision-making skills and the ability to persuade customers effectively - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced remote work environment - Proficiency in using customer service software and tools - Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
