Job Description - Customer Service Officer

Job Description:


Kinesis Health Technologies is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and customers. You will act as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback.


Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and general inquiries - Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Provide feedback to management on customer trends and satisfaction levels


Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Adaptability and reliability are essential personality traits for this role - Strong teamwork skills and the ability to effectively manage people - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
