Job Description:

Engager is seeking a dedicated and reliable Remote Customer Service Officer to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but a passion for customer service and strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat - Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner - Use time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues and escalate as needed - Utilize negotiation skills to find solutions that satisfy both the customer and the company - Continuously learn and adapt to new procedures, products, and technologies to better serve our customers
