Customer Service Officer

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Officer to join our team at CRH plc in Cork, IE. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. This role requires a resourceful and confident individual who possesses strong project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions. 3. Identify and address customer issues and provide solutions in a timely manner. 4. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed. 5. Provide product information and support to customers. 6. Assist with customer retention and loyalty initiatives. 7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 2. Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer service role. 3. Strong project management and communication skills. 4. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
