Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

Pointy is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Waterford, Munster, Ireland. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. This is a full-time position at the Associate Level, requiring at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information and assistance to customers - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members - Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed - Collaborate with other departments to improve the overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on company products and services to better assist customers - Meet or exceed customer service targets and goals

Requirements: - Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and processes - Driven and motivated to succeed in a fast-paced environment - Strong critical thinking skills and ability to problem solve effectively - Excellent people management skills and ability to work well in a team - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
