Remote Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

Google Ireland is seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team in Waterford, Munster, Ireland. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat. This is a full-time, associate-level position requiring at least 3 years of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information and technical support to customers - Process orders and returns - Update customer accounts and records accurately - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently - Maintain a positive attitude and strive for customer satisfaction - Meet and exceed customer service goals and KPIs

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience - Excellent communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Independent and self-motivated - Energetic and enthusiastic - Adaptability to different communication channels and tools - Project management skills - Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
